Outdoor sports in Perthshire
Watersports on nearby Loch Tay and the River Tay include white-water rafting, kayaking, open or Canadian canoeing.
White Water Rafting Experience the exhilarating white water rafting in one of Scotland's most exciting stretches of water on the River Tay at Aberfeldy, 15 minutes drive from Milton Cottage.
The half day trip starts in the pretty town of Aberfeldy where the river flows lazily down the Tay Valley through stunning scenery. The paddle crew have ample time to practice their newly acquired rafting skills before reaching the challenging rapids flowing down to Grandtully. There is the 'Zoom Flume' and 'The Washing Machine' to keep the adrenalin pumping before reaching the longest rapid - Grandtully which provides a few surprises.
Come back to the B and B, get warm and have dinner!
